王滢,女,1984年出生,博士研究生,副教授,硕士研究生导师,入选“云南省高层次人才培养支持计划-万人计划青年拔尖人才”、“昆明市中青年学术技术带头人后备人才”。主持国家自然科学基金2项,参与3项;主持云南省应用基础研究面上项目1项;主持横向项目1项。
王滢博士师从我国动物多肽毒素研究领域著名领军专家赖仞研究员(中国科学院昆明动物研究所),立足于中国西南特有的生物资源,长期从事活性多肽的系统性挖掘、药理学活性研究工作,目前的研究兴趣主要包括:促皮肤组织再生&抗皮肤光损伤&神经保护&抗痛风等新型多肽的发现、药理学药效学活性测定及在此基础上的新药物靶标发现。
王滢博士在该研究领域取得了一定的研究成果和积累,以通讯/第一作者身份发表SCI研究论文近20篇。包括Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Pharmacological Research、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function、Scientific Reports、Bioscience Reports、Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy、Chemical Biology & Drug Design、Peptides、Toxicon、Journal of Peptide Science、Natural Product Research、Protein & Peptide Letters等,获专利授权5项,另外在申请阶段10余项。主要学术创新点为:1.从中国特有两栖动物臭蛙的皮肤中识别了世界上最多的新型抗菌肽;2.发现、报道了目前世界上最多的促创伤修复活性肽;3.首次从云南特产大米中识别了3个抗痛风活性肽,弥补了该研究领域的空白,其中相关专利之一完成技术转移工作(西安棣加生物科技有限责任公司,500万元);4.首次为两栖动物适应高海拔强紫外照射生活环境提供抗氧化多肽组学层面的分子线索,此外,发现了大量具有潜在应用价值的抗皮肤光损伤活性肽;5.首次从传统中药地龙(蚯蚓)中识别了2个新型抗炎镇痛活性肽,并且阐明其镇痛活性和抑制TNF-α和COX-2的合成,同时和MAPK信号通路相关;6.以外源性活性肽分子为探针,发现新的内源性药物靶标、诊断标记物等。wangying_814@163.com
